About Josiah
Founder & Hospitality Coach
Josiah Moore is the founder and hospitality coach behind The Finishing Touch Co. His experience spans restaurant operations, culinary leadership, team development, training, event production, menu development, service systems, and creative concept design.
Josiah believes hospitality should be measured by more than efficiency or revenue. A truly successful experience should make guests feel valued while ensuring that the people creating it feel informed, respected, supported, and prepared to succeed. His approach combines operational discipline with empathy, intellectual curiosity, creativity, and an unwavering attention to the details that shape how people feel.
He is also the founder, chef, and executive producer of Let’s Cook Completed, an interactive cooking-class and media concept originally brought to life through live virtual classes and prerecorded culinary content. Through TFTCo, Josiah is developing additional hospitality experiences—including Lost Woods In Development, an immersive dining concept built around storytelling, imagination, and deeply personalized guest care.
